A health coach is both a guide and supportive partner to empower clients to identify areas in their life where their health can improve.

Who is this for?

This program is for open-minded individuals who want to improve their health through small, sustainable shifts in their lifestyle and relationship to food.

What are the steps?

We will take strides to meet your individual health goals over the course of a six month program. We will meet for 50-minute sessions (remote or in-person) every other week (12 total meetings).
